What we collect

When you place an order we collect the details needed to make and deliver it: your name, email, the recipient's name, delivery address and phone number, your card message, and payment information (processed securely by our payment provider — we never see or store your card number).

Cookies & advertising measurement

We advertise with Google. To know whether our ads are working, the site uses Google's advertising cookies to measure visits and actions such as tapping our phone number. This data is shared with Google for measurement and ad optimization.

Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before these cookies are used, and we honor your choice. You can change your mind at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer of any page. Rejecting cookies never affects your ability to browse or order.

What we never do

We never sell your information, and we never share it with anyone except the services needed to run the shop: our payment provider, our email service (to send your order confirmation), and Google for the ad measurement described above.
